Pinecrest City Agricultural University welcomes applications from motivated students who are passionate about agriculture, environmental sustainability, and food systems. Application Process

Review our academic programs and select the one that aligns with your interests and career goals.

Prepare Required Documents

Gather all necessary documents, including academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statement.

Submit Online Application

Complete and submit the online application form along with the application fee.

Interview (if required)

Selected applicants may be invited for an interview, either in person or virtually.

Receive Admission Decision

Admission decisions are typically communicated within 4-6 weeks after the application deadline.

Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Programs

  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) - optional
  • English proficiency for international students (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
  • Personal statement
  • Two letters of recommendation

Graduate Programs

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • GRE scores (for some programs)
  • English proficiency for international students (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
  • Statement of purpose
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Resume or CV

Note: Early application is encouraged as some programs have limited enrollment capacity.

Tuition and Fees

Undergraduate Programs (Annual)

  • Domestic Students: $8,500
  • International Students: $12,000

Graduate Programs (Annual)

  • Domestic Students: $10,200
  • International Students: $14,500

Additional Fees

  • Application Fee: $50 (Domestic), $75 (International)
  • Student Services Fee: $500 per year
  • Health Insurance: $1,200 per year (required for international students)

Financial Aid and Scholarships

PCAU is committed to making education accessible to qualified students regardless of their financial circumstances. We offer various financial aid options and scholarships:

Merit-Based Scholarships

  • Presidential Scholarship: Covers 100% of tuition for outstanding academic achievement
  • Dean's Scholarship: Covers 50% of tuition for exceptional academic performance
  • Academic Excellence Award: Covers 25% of tuition for strong academic records

Need-Based Financial Aid

  • Grants based on financial need assessment
  • Work-study opportunities on campus
  • Low-interest student loans

Special Scholarships

  • Rural Development Scholarship: For students from rural communities
  • Agricultural Innovation Scholarship: For students with innovative agricultural projects
  • International Diversity Scholarship: For international students
